Nicholas Moore, B.Arch.Sc.
AKA Nana Kwebana Tati Agyemang Manu
Owner, Project Manager and Architectural Designer
Nicholas Moore holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) in Ontario, Canada, and brings more than 15 years of experience in architecture and construction. Throughout his career, he has worked with respected industry leaders including EllisDon, Flynn Industrial, and Sahuri + Partners Architecture, gaining valuable expertise across both design and construction practice.
Born in Jamaica, Nicholas understands the journey many in the diaspora have taken—building lives abroad while still carrying a deep connection to home. Like many Jamaicans living overseas, he has experienced the uncertainty that comes with trying to protect property and investments from afar. When Hurricane Melissa struck in 2025, Nicholas faced the same challenge many diaspora homeowners know too well: despite years in the construction industry, he struggled to find someone he could trust to simply check on his own property. That moment reinforced something he had long believed—Jamaicans abroad deserve better systems, better communication, and greater confidence when building or maintaining homes back home.
With this perspective, Nicholas is committed to bringing his international experience and professional standards back to Jamaica. His goal is not only to contribute to the country’s development and raise the bar for how projects are designed and managed, but also to help restore confidence for Jamaicans in the diaspora who want to build, invest, and reconnect with home.
For Nicholas, architecture is more than constructing buildings—it is about shaping identity and preserving legacy. Good design reflects who we are as a people and speaks to future generations about what we value today. His approach seeks to honor ancestral knowledge while embracing the realities of contemporary life. Rather than simply importing foreign architectural styles, his work aims to reinterpret modern design through a Caribbean lens—creating spaces that feel authentic, balanced, and rooted in cultural continuity.
Guided by the principle of Ma’at—balance, harmony, and order—Nicholas approaches architecture as both a technical discipline and a cultural responsibility. His work strives to create spaces that respect heritage, respond to climate and context, and contribute to a future where Caribbean architecture reflects the strength, creativity, and identity of its people.
